Using
the latest technology we can now initiate a remote control session on
your computer and you can watch what we do as we fix it, or go and do
something else and we will call you back when its fixed.
The
vast majority of callouts could be fixed using a remote session like
this. Really, as long as your machine will start up and your internet
connection is working, we can probably fix it at lower cost by not
having to attend your home or business.

For home, non-commercial customers, we have pre-paid
annual bundles
of remote support time. When you use our services, we count usage in
15-minute blocks, which can be purchased as follows:
- £50 for 4 x 15-minute blocks (1 hour) (as
little as £12.50 per call)
- £75 for 8 x 15 -minute blocks (2hours) (as
little as £9.37 per call)
- £99.00 for 12 x 15-minute blocks (3 hours) (as
little as 8.25 per call)
- £180.00 for 24 x
15-minute blocks (6 hours) (as little as £7.50 per call)
- £240.00 for 48 x
15-minute blocks (12 hours) (as little as £5 per call)
This works out considerably cheaper than a home visit
and means you
no longer have to leave little niggly problems as not being worth
fixing, making your computer more of a pleasure to use.
These are annual fees,
payable in advance. If you have
used up your
allocation, you can purchase additional bundles as above.
In
the unlikely event that we are unable to fix your pc using remote
support and you are within 6 miles of Upminster in Essex, then as
a package subscriber you will receive a 10% Discount on
our normal home visit fees.

Please

remote support software will automatically be removed from your system.

Terms and Conditions.
1. Time is used in units of 15 minutes or any
part thereof
2. Not
all problems can be fixed using remote access. The technician will
decide if it is possible and we are not obliged to provide service
3.
The technician may decide during a remote support session that in order
to effect a satisfactory fix for the problem in hand, a callout will be
necessary. Any time used up will be taken out of your allocation, as it
is time spent fixing and investigating the problem.
4. Not all
computers can run remote support; if your computer cannot run this,
your remaining time allocation will not be affected.
5. Remote support is not available at the moment for Linux and
Macintosh Desktop systems.
6. By asking for remote support, you agree to let the technician have
full access to your computer, where necessary.
7. Once closed, the remote access software removes itself from your
computer and the technician will not longer have access
8. Remote access is not possible if you are not there to initiate it
9.
If we cannot fix your PC using the service and we are unwilling to make a callout to
visit your home or , we will not count the time used against your allocation
10.
The fee paid covers you for remote support of the number of 15-minute
blocks allocated. Any used blocks are invalid after a year, and cannot
be taken over to the next year.
11. If there is time left on your
account, and you purchase another bundle, it will not become active
until the original bundle expires, or all the allocation is used up.
